The Handicapped Pets Foundation accepts applications from pet caretakers in need.Each application is reviewed by our panel to validate the need of the animal and the financial situation of the applicant. Once validated, the animal's story is posted in out forum and people who care can donate to a specific animal or to the Handicapped Pets Foundation to use as needed.
