Lucy, a loving Border Collie/Lab Mix, lost the use of her legs after suffering an unexpected and tragic accident. Her owner has also endured medical issues with her spine and as a result finds it physically difficult to move Lucy around. Due to generous donor support, Lucy received the wheelchair she needed in order to regain her independence. Her owner is so grateful for the support of the Handicapped Pets Foundation and recently sent this photo and update, "we opened the box and put it together and off she went!! We t
