Please consider making a donation to help us support other pets in need.Casey is a thirteen year old Pekingese / Lhasa Apso mix that was rescued as a puppy. Casey had been hit by a car, and the damage to his right hind leg was so severe that it required amputation. His former owner did not want a three legged dog. Casey was rescued by his current owner who has adored him for the past 12 years. "Casey is my whole world", his owner wrote in her application to the Handicapped Pets Foundation. Disabled and living on a very limited income, Casey's owner is seeking assistance in obtaining a dog wheelchair for her beloved companion.
