Zeus, a dedicated and loving 9-year-old boxer, is now zooming around in his new wheelchair that was made possible by the overwhelming support of our donors. Zeus suffers from degenerative myelopathy, which has diminished his ability to use his rear legs. His owner is afflicted with cancer and as a result, he was unable to provide Zeus with the wheelchair he desperately needed to become mobile again. Zeus' family sent this photo and update of their beloved dog:

He is such a vital part of our family and I know that it will make my husband feel so much better going through his cancer with the knowledge that Zeus is going to be mobile again. He is so excited about being able to take him out for walks which will not only be therapeutic for Zeus, but Joe as well. I cannot express the gratitude that we have."
